Santa brought this for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas and she loves it. She takes it in the car with her with her baby doll and belts it in with the seat belt. One of the things I love about it is it isn't too heavy for her to carry. She can carry it with her baby doll in it without any trouble. It is also very sturdy. She has even sat in it herself and it didn't break. I would recommend this doll carrier. It is great for little people who enjoy pretending to be mommy and daddy.

This carrier is perfect with the Corolle Lila doll. The carrier along with the doll were a gift for my almost 4 year old niece and exactly what she wanted. The only problem with the carrier is the belt that closes to hold the baby doll in, it is the type that requires you to wind the strap through two loops and then back around one loop. It is definately too complicated for a 4 year old to use. A velcro fastener would have worked better for her age.

My 6 year old daughter loves babies, and so she loves her baby dolls. Mommy and Daddy's babies have car seats, so her baby doll should have a car seat. This was the only one I could find, and so I ordered it.
Unfortunately, the buckle is of the type that you have 2 D-rings to weave the strap through. This is in no way something that will be managed well by the average preschool child, the prime target audience for this toy. And to make matters worse, the rings are of a very cheap flimsy plastic. Within a few days, I was fastening it for one of my daughters, and as I pulled the strap to tighten it, one of the rings broke. When I emailed the company, they suggested I send it back to Amazon. I didn't want to go to that hassle, or put Amazon to that hassle, when the problem was a defective design and the same thing would happen soon enough.
So, if you could find another doll car seat, I would recommend you do. If you get this one, be aware that you will be doing the buckling in for younger children, and you will quite possibly have to replace the plastic D-rings with metal ones. On the plus side, the car seat body is a nice easy carrying weight, but seems like it will last well.

I ordered this for my daughter's bitty baby. The bitty baby fits perfect. You get what you pay for though, the seat is flimsy and it is pretty difficult to carry the seat/doll around without the seat falling back and dumping the doll. I was hoping the seat would be a little more realistic.

My daughter loved this carseat that she was given to go with her Corolle baby doll, but I was disappointed that the buckle to the strap broke almost immediately. We love the doll, who is still in great condition after three years, but I would probably check out other brands for accessories.
