I was considering this for my 2 yr old, but worried that the straps might be too complicated and potentially a strangulation hazard. We played with a friend today, and they had this item. My little girl LOVED it, and it was well designed and constructed. It does have backpack style straps, so does require supervision, but they are basic and as well designed as they could be. I was very impressed by this product, and it has made its way onto my daughter's Christmas Wish List.

Though this is a very cute baby doll sling, I wish the price reflected the quality! The Corolle dolls we own flop out of the sling! If the material was just slightly higher, it would be a Great sling for baby dolls. Unfortunately, its just not worth the asking price. Cute pattern though.

My daughter loves this. Was really great at the airport. She could carry her doll and a few small things in the back pocket. It does slide off her shoulders sometimes so I put it on under her sweater and that really helped. So cute to see her walk around hands free with her baby doll.

I bought this for my seven year old to put on her doll she loves it. It is so real looking just like a real baby's and is so soft to the touch.

I bought this as a present for my niece, since she wanted a baby carrier for her doll similar to the baby bjorn I was using at the time. She's four and doesn't hold back her opinions about gifts. When presented with it, she pointed out that the back straps don't really hold onto her back very well, leaving the baby doll sort of dangling uncomfortably. She was right. And they kept slipping - we wound up having to hook them together with a hair clip. It might work better with a very light doll, but if you have a kid who wants a carrier "like yours" to carry a baby doll around in this isn't the one.
