Great towel for babies Nov 14, 2009
By K. ODonnell We have the lion and puppy and just love these towels. The faces do get a little beat up in the wash, which is why I only give these 4 out of 5 stars. Compared to other hooded baby towels, these are just the best since they are quite large. I see these lasting into toddler years. And these make for great photos after bathtime. Highly recommended. I have carters and baby gap towels brown dots and they only last a couple months.

Mullins Square Hooded Towel Aug 16, 2010
By margumm Fast service, product in excellent condition. Unfortunately, this company (Mullins Square) is closing so these towels will be hard to find. They are the among the finest quality, plush children's towels around. I would love to find another distributor for these towels.

Nice but not big enough Feb 08, 2010

The design on this towel was very nice, however it is nothing but a normal towel turned sideways. For the money it cost I would have expected it to be at least beachtowel size. Even for a 4 yr old child it really does not come down enough to keep anything below the knees warm. Again the design is really cute.

Gorgeous towels until you wash them Oct 12, 2010
By Jacob's Mom If you buy this towel, be aware that you are pretty much paying for the design on the hood. These towels are pretty big and soft and the hoods are cuter than any other towels I've seen and overall I'm happy with them but for the money I wish that they had used a better quality towel. They take a beating in the wash and produce a lot of lint in the dryer even after repeated washes.
I own the owl, brown horse, puppy, and fish towel. The horse and puppy have survived the washes the best and still look pretty good (I'd actually give those two 4 stars). The owl's face curled up after the first wash and continues to curl up and I have tried folding it so that the face is flattened but it doesn't always work. I plan to eventually sew it down. The fish towel (http://www.amazon.com/Mullins-Square-Hooded-Towel-Tubbies-Fish/dp/B0042ZWTXK/ref=sr_1_27?ie=UTF8&qid=1286915758&sr=8-27) was very bright when new but the brightness was gone after the first wash and its yellow lips turned green. It also turned an orange towel that was in the wash green.
If you buy one of these towels, my advice is to wash it separately for the first couple of washes or risk damaging the other items in the wash with dye and lint.
These towels are the cutest hooded towels my baby has but their quality is not worth the price.

Adorable Hooded Towel Jan 10, 2010
By Nancy The Mullins Square hooded towel is an adorable hooded towel that will be the hit of the Baby Shower! It may cost a bit more than most baby towels, but the quality is outstanding and worth every cent. It's thick, soft, full sized, and just the cutest thing you've ever seen. I'm sure it will last for years.
