Exchange/Return Policy:
If You Receive Damaged Merchandise: Please send an email to clerk@huggableme.com or call 1-877-686-1266. We will replace it for you as long as you notify us upon receipt of the product or within 5 days of receipt of the product. Our shippers require us to notify them of damaged goods within this short period of time.
Return Policy: Please email Huggable Me at clerk@huggableme.com or call us at 1-877-686-1266 prior to returning any product(s) in order to obtain a return authorization from us. Products cannot be returned without a return authorization. Our return policy is:
- Refunds given within 30 days of the delivery date per Amazon.com guidelines.
- Special Policy for Secret Code Products: We cannot accept returns of Webkinz or any product that comes with a secret code. The opportunity to compromise the secret code before returning the item means we cannot accept any returns of products of this type.
- Returned merchandise must be unused, unopened in the original packaging and be in original condition so that merchandise can be resold as new. Any products that are returned after being opened and are not defective will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Store credit issued for returns after 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returns not accepted after 45 days of the delivery date.
- Returns received without a return authorization will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. In this case, the restocking fee can be applied toward a future purchase. This includes orders returned to us because of incorrect addresses.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns of orders that received free shipping.
- Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx that are "refused" by the recipient or resident at the delivery address and returned to Huggable Me will incur a restocking fee of 20%.
- Special order deposits are not refundable.
- Special order items are not returnable.
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees required to return products back to Huggable Me. Product must be packed in such a way to avoid damage during shipping.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.

- Be sure to include a copy of your invoice.
Once your Return is received you will be credited for the amount of the qualified return. Credit card refunds will be returned to the same card that was used for the original purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
