Shipping Policy:

When you place an order with Huggable Me we immediately begin processing your order by having a member of our staff pick, pack and ship your order right from our showroom floor.

At Huggable Me orders received before 11:59 pm PST are typically shipped the following business day via UPS or USPS.  We will forward shipment tracking information to you via email so that you can track your purchases. If you are concerned about which carrier (FedEx or USPS) is used to ship your order then please contact us as soon as possible. We ship most small orders (1-2 pounds) via the USPS and most large orders via FedEx.
